Amigo Hospitality have been in operational since 2019 & currently providing its services in the entire Delhi NCR (i.e. Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Noida Extension, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon). We are very soon be expanding our services in Bangalore & Mumbai.
We provide the general bartenders, Flair bartenders, International bartenders, mixologists based on the one’s requirement.
Bartender Service: You can select your basic beverage menu over the web-app. Based on the menu selection we provide the list of required ingredients. Bartender comes at your doorstep, does the making of cocktails/mocktails (as required), wraps up the event & leaves.
Bar service (Soft Bar-setup): You can select your basic beverage menu over the web-app. Based on the menu selection & guest count we procure the list of required ingredients from our end. This setup comes with beverage napkins, stirrers, disposable plastic ware, ice, ice bowls, scoops, bar equipment, and open trash receptacles. We come fully prepared.
The complete alcohol/beer/Wine/liquor shall be provided by client only either in case of Bartender service or Complete bar setup. While Amigo Hospitality is not licensed to sell alcohol, we do maintain the necessary liability insurance to serve your guests if you provide the alcohol.
In Case of Hire bartender: Glassware will not be provided by us. Use your own or request
guidance.
In Case of Complete Bar setup: Glassware will be provided by us only at no
extra cost (part of package).
No, we take care of cleaning. For crockery, simply rinse/scrape off food and place in provided crates. Items returned with food may incur a fee.

Kitchen team arrives ~30 mins prior. Relationship Manager/Captain arrives ~30-60 mins before guests to set up.
Standard service is 3 hours + 30 min setup. Additional hours at Rs 1000/hr + GST. Food is best consumed within 3-3.5 hours.
We provide one Captain with setup for every 20-25 people. Additional servers available at Rs 1299/server.
A standard table (6*3 Feet), one-time hot water. We can use a dining table or kitchen slab if needed. Ready-to-move tables available at extra cost.
Our containers are microwave friendly. You can keep the leftovers and disposable cutlery.

Kitchen (food) team usually arrives an hour prior. Main staff team and Relationship manager arrive approximately 1.5 hours before guests to set up kitchen & tables.
Standard hours include 4 hours of catering with 30 min to 1 hour setup time. Additional hours at Rs 2000/hr + GST. Food is best consumed within 4 hours.
Complete chafing buffet setup, choice of crockery/cutlery, dustbin with garbage bag, team & setup transportation, Servers & UT staff. Table/party arrangements are additional.
We keep a buffer of 10-15% on chargeable basis over the booked guest count to accommodate increases.
Yes. Children 5-10 years old are 50% of the adult price. Children 4 years and under are free.

Everything should be stacked as delivered. Clothes dry and in bags. Tables/chairs taken down and stacked. Items not ready may incur fees.
We charge for the time out, not just time used. Changes should be made 2-3 days prior to the event.
